All sessions are online!

Here are the steps to book:

1. Choose a registered dietitian (RD) below, based on your province.

If you are in Ontario, you can book with Claire, Megan, Tooba, Lauren, Kylie, Janelle, Nishaat, Lisa, Nesrine, Michelle, Christina or Nav. If you are in Alberta, please book with Megan or Lauren. If you are in BC, please book with Lauren, Sandra or Nishaat.

2. Considerations when choosing your RD:

All dietitians work with weight management, digestive health, chronic diseases and general healthy eating. If you are looking for other areas of support, please visit the about us page to learn about RD’s additional areas of practice! If you don’t see an area you’re looking for help in, please contact us, as not all concerns are necessarily listed, and we will recommend a dietitian for you. You can also change your dietitian after your free consultation.

3. Confirm your booking, and you are all set!

If you booked an Initial Assessment, make sure to complete the forms emailed to you before your appointment. This way, you will make the most of your session instead of using your coaching time to fill out forms. All sessions are in Eastern Time (ET) due to system limitations, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are in another timezone, we suggest adding the appointment to your online calendar by clicking “subscribe to calendar” from the appointment confirmation email. Typically, this converts it to your time zone.
